Full payment is required at time of application and must be in the form of a money order or check payable to "GSA" or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). To make payment by credit card, include the type of card, name of credit card holder (exactly as printed on card), account number, expiration date, security code, and the amount to be charged. Please be certain that the card holder signs the application in the designated space.
Included in Space Rental Fee
- Company name, address, fax/telephone, email and URL, and exhibit description plus unlimited product category listings included in the Program Guide, distributed onsite to all attendees;
- Exhibitor registration for booth staff for up to four (4) company representatives for each 8' x 10' space rented;
- One copy each of the meeting Program Guide for each 8' x 10' space rented;
- Complimentary badges for guests of exhibitors to view their exhibit (2 hours), available in limited quantities on site;
- 8’ high back drape and 36” side rails in show colors for each 8x10 space;
- 7” x 44” company identification sign;
- Aisle carpeting in show colors;
- Exhibit Hall perimeter security 24 hours a day beginning the first day of installation and ending when exhibitor freight is off the floor;
- Complimentary booth cleaning prior to Exhibit Hall opening (additional porter service is responsibility of exhibitor).

GRAND CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP
Each Grand Conference Sponsor will receive all items included in the Single Event Sponsorship PLUS:
- Special Recognition in the Program Book
- Recognition in promotional e-mails
- Mailing list to be used for one-time, approved pre or post show mailing
- Recognition with hyperlink from your logo on the conference website homepage and overview pages
- Ability to display one flyer in the Conference Registration Area (exact location to be determined by GSA)
- Recognition from the podium during the Opening Session

Other Sponsorship Opportunities
Your company is invited to exclusively sponsor refreshment breaks as well as other events during the conference. The Single Event Sponsorship package includes:
- Complete exhibit package (including booth)
- Inside full page ad (black and white, alphabetical placement) in Program Book

Sponsorships will be awarded based on first offer received (i.e., form and check or credit card received date). If the requested event has already been assigned, GSA will contact the exhibitor's representative to discuss other available options. Pricing for sponsorships is as follows:

- Ad will be rotated on abstract search and program planner page in addition to regular placement

Program Book Advertising
Advertising in the Program Book is an excellent way to increase exposure to Drosophila Conference Attendees. Circulated to over 1,600 geneticists, the book is used long after the
conference is over.
BONUS – Your print ad will also appear in the print-on-demand version of the Program Book which includes the full abstract text.
